David Bizor
I was the first born to the late Inez O’neal White and the late Elvrie Bizor on December 11, 1945 in Galveston, Texas.
As a young boy, I gave my life willingly to the Lord, and was baptized and attended Sunday School regularly at Rising Star Missionary Baptist Church in Texas City under the leadership of Reverend Dr. D. N. Benford Sr.
I attended Abraham Lincoln High School and was in Lincoln’s Marching Band. I graduated from Lincoln High School in 1964. Pressing on, I attended Prairie View A&M University.
I later joined the United States Air Force. After leaving the military, I relocated to Dallas, Texas. It was in Dallas where I met the love of my life, Lucille Louis. We were married in 1972; and were blessed with two daughters, Claudina Bizor and Tiffiany Bizor.
Later I retired and moved back to Texas City. I spent some great times with my mother.
On Thursday, October 11, 2012 at 10:10 AM, God softly whispered my name and said the words I have been waiting patiently to hear, “My son, come my beloved and take your rest.”
Upon my grand entrance to heaven, I was united with my father, Evrie Bizor, my mother, Inez White; my step-father, Thomas White; my brothers, Patrick Bizor, Clyde White and Willie Oliver and my lil’ sister, Lillian White.
I leave the most loving and cherished memories of my life with my daughters, Claudina Bizor and Tiffiany Bizor-Mack (Joseph) both of Dallas, Texas; my sisters, Louis Carroll of Schulenburg, Texas and Sylvia Ford (Mack) of Crowley, Texas; my brother, Michael White of Texas City, Texas and my granddaughter, Desiree Bizor of Shogun, China; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
